Recently, there has been an increase of drama incidents, arguments, and other situations that can spiral out of control. This is a general reminder about how we can mitigate these incidents and not let them grow.
Notify staff: If a user is being disruptive and will not cease their behavior, notify staff so they can take care of the situation.
Do not retaliate: Firing back at the disruptive user not only gives the reaction that the user may be looking for, but it also makes you liable to a block as well. It could worsen the problem. The best thing to do is to notify staff and wait for them to take care of it.
Don’t make posts specifically to point out drama: If there is a drama issue somewhere in the wiki, don’t make a discussion post about it to draw more attention to it. Instead, ping or post to a staff member’s wall who is able to take care of the situation.
Report bad comments/posts: This will let staff see bad comments, which can be hidden in massive threads like roleplays that aren't really patrolled.
