Sorry if this is true, but the account holder is responsible for the security of their fandom account and all content posted by that account. If your sister was hacked, that is something you need to contact Fandom about.
We won't grant an appeal for the content an account posted while hacked unless Fandom can confirm that the account was hacked, and the account holder didn't post the content.
Wdym by how many people are active? People in the discussions? People viewing the wiki? People editing the wiki?
To give you some stats, we have about 1 view every 2 seconds on all wiki pages every minute.
Discussions have about 1 view every 20 seconds.

We already do make a bunch on unimportant rule changes without announcing anything.
