I woke up to a bright light. I slowly opened my eyes to see a hospital room. I slowly sat up, but something was off.

I peeled back the blanket stuck to my legs, or what was left of my legs. They had been completely cut off, so I just had stubbed bandages for legs.

I heard a noise and turned to see the rest of the Skeld crew in the room with me. Sunny was sitting in a chair, completely unharmed. As well as Tan.

Cookie298 wasn't so lucky. He was still lying down with bandages around his head, still unconscious.

Sunny noticed that I woke up.

"Great! Your awake!"

"Yeah, I am," I said, then I looked around again. "Where... Where are we?"

"When we crashed down, we accidentally landed in Polus. Surprisingly, Tan and I were unharmed (-hint- -hint--wink--wink-), but you had your legs pinned under a piece of the dropship. No one could lift it, so we had to amputate your legs."

I looked at my stubs again, then looked back at her.

"How will I move now?"

"Use this." Sunny points at the wheelchair right next to me.

"Ok," I sighed, then looked at Cookie298. "Will he be okay?"

Sunny shrugged. "I don't know, but if he is, good for him."

I got out of bed and onto the wheelchair. Since I'm a mechanic and an engineer, I know how these things work. I move around with it to get the feel of it. Tan and Sunny just watch.

Then Tan says, "We should probably go to the meeting that's happening right now."

"Ok, let's go."
