スマホ版の「帽子とスキン」のメニュー。
Among Usでは、「帽子」「スキン」「ペット」の3種類のコスメティックがある。帽子はキャラクターの頭にかぶるもので、スキンはキャラクターの服装を変えるもので、ペットはプレイヤーに付きまとう小さな生き物である。
モバイルプラットフォームでは、一部の帽子は無料でプレイヤーが自動的に所有し、その他のさまざまなコスメティックは課金（0.99ドルから2.99ドル）をすることでアンロックすることができる。有料PC版では、すべてのスキンと帽子は無料だが（MIRA HQ & Polusバンドルに含まれているものを除く）、ペットは購入する必要がある。購入したものはプラットフォーム間で同期されない。(例：iOSとAndroid)
帽子、スキン、ペットはゲームプレイの優位性を与えず、開発者を支援するという唯一の目的を果たす。[1]インポスターであり、逃げたり通気口に入ったりしている場合、あなたのキャラクターのスペースを大きくするので、帽子やペットによって人々はあなたを識別することがでるが、一方で、あなたがクルーである場合、それらはロケーションにいたことを確認するために使用される可能性がある。これは、議論の段階ではコスメティックが表示されないため、特定の状況でしか使用できない。コスメティックはメインメニューのストアから購入することができ、所有しているコスメティックはゲーム開始前にハブエリアで着用することができる。

ペット
2019.6.12のアップデートでペットが追加された。ペットは、プレイヤーが殺されるか、追放されるまでプレイヤーについていく。ペットによっては、キルアニメーション中に反応するものもある。ペットを連れたプレイヤーが死亡した場合、ペットは死体が消えた後（会議の後など）でも、プレイヤーが死亡した場所に残る。

- Party hatは元々、2019年の新年に向けて無料でリリースされていた（そのため、2019年のストライプ柄になっている）。
- The Hunter Hat resembles one worn by Elmer Fudd.
- ゲームファイルにはセーフティーコーン、フライパンなど未使用の帽子のスプライトがある。
- Innersloth所属のPuffBallsUnited氏によるHenry Stickminシリーズを出典とする衣装が多数収録されている。
- Police Hatは青い警察帽で主にEtPで見られる。
- The Towel Wizard hatはGastroの帽子そのものである。Towel Wizardの出典もおそらく彼のBioカードであろう。
