On The Skeld, Cafeteria is the spawn point for players at the start of the game and after an emergency meeting ends. It is the largest location which contains five blue circular tables and has three doors: the left leads to a hallway connecting Upper Engine and MedBay; the right door leads to Weapons; and the bottom door leads to a hallway connecting Storage and Admin. A vent is located near the right door, and the emergency button is located on the middle table. The upper left corner features the Fix Wiring panel, while the upper right features the Empty Garbage and Download Data tasks' panels. After the start of the game, or after an emergency meeting is called, all characters will spawn in a circular formation around the center table.
On MIRA HQ, Cafeteria is the main spawn point for players after an emergency meeting ends. However, it is not where players begin the game. It is located in the right corridor and is smaller than its predecessor. It is also near Storage (located in the right of Cafeteria) and Balcony (under Cafeteria), and the tables are cubic and light orange instead of circular and blue. The emergency button is located on the lower-left table. The upper left wall features a Divert Power panel, while the upper right wall features the Empty Garbage and Buy Beverage tasks. Above Cafeteria, there is an exit leading to Hallway and a vent.

- If the player looks closely, they can see a pizza slice, a computer (used for customize in Freeplay), meal trays, and other objects.
- This location is not present on Polus or The Airship, where emergency meetings are held in Office and Meeting Room respectively.
