This article is for the location.
For the Sabotage usually resolved in this location, see Comms Sabotaged.

Communications, also known as Comms in certain in-game instances, is a location found on all five maps of the game ‘’Among Us’’.

Overview[]

When players approach the Communications area, they’ll hear radio chatter. Occasionally, a Morse code message will play. On The Airship, a dial-up modem noise can also be heard in Communications. The radio chatter is an audio file that plays continuously.

The Skeld[]

On The Skeld, Communications is a medium-sized room situated in the lower-right corner of the map, between Storage and Shields. It houses two tasks, Download Data and Accept Diverted Power, one on each side of the door. Additionally, a radio at the bottom is used to repair Comms Sabotaged equipment.

This location is also the ideal spot for Shapeshifters to shapeshift due to the relatively low number of people who visit here, as there aren’t many tasks available.

MIRA HQ[]

On the MIRA HQ, Communications is a small room situated at the bottom of the map, above MedBay. The only task present here is to accept Diverted Power, located in the top-left corner. Next to it, there’s a panel used to fix Comms Sabotaged. Additionally, there’s the Doorlog ability, which marks all players who pass through Hallway.

Polus[]

On Polus, Communications is a medium-sized room situated above Weapons. It’s not directly connected to any other room. At the top-left corner, you’ll find a panel for Rebooting Wi-Fi and a computer for Uploading Data. To the left of Communications, there’s a panel used to resolve Comms Sabotaged issues.

The Airship[]

On the The Airship, Communications is a small room situated north of the hallway that connects the Cockpit and Engine Room. Opposite the Armory, it forms a “U” shape. The sole purpose of this room is to download data. Just to the left of the Download Data panel, there’s a panel to repair the Comms Sabotaged system.

The Fungle[]

On The Fungle, Communications is a medium-sized room situated in the upper-right corner of the map, atop the highest point of the cliffs. It serves as the crash site of Communications and Electrical on ‘’The Skeld’’. Players can reach Communications via the zipline directly from Storage or by climbing the ladders on the cliffs. The room comprises five tasks: Crank Generator, Find Signal, Fix Antenna, Fix Wiring and Replace Parts. Additionally, it offers the fix of Comms Sabotaged.

Impostors can Sabotage Communications, causing Comms Sabotaged situations where crewmates are unable to view their task list. This sabotage also disables four crucial security abilities: Security cameras, Admin panel, Doorlog, and Vitals. Notably, the emergency button remains inoperable during Comms Sabotaged situations.
