The Gawr Gura Outfit consists of a blue sweater and white shoes. The sweater has a seam that runs across the middle and opens up to reveal a shark mouth on the left side. The shark mouth appears to be drooling.
A shark tail can be seen from behind the outfit. The right tailfin appears to have a portion ripped off at the tip, while the left tailfin has a seam that appears to have stitches.
