The Great Goalie consists of a white mask with four breathing holes and red eyeholes. It is attached to a player's visor with black straps.

- The Great Goalie may be a reference to Jason Voorhees from Friday the 13th.
- The Great Goalie was a hat prior to being converted into a visor cosmetic in version 2021.11.9.
