This article is the strategy section for Scientist.

You can add more strategies to this page. However, it must be related to the abilities and characteristics of Among Us. If not, your strategy will be removed.

• Trickster. If you are looking at Vitals and someone dies and then a body is immediately reported, it was probably a self-report.
  • Make sure you know who died.
  • Before accusing the reporter of a self-report, ensure that they did not witness the kill. If they did, you will look suspicious for making a seemingly random accusation.
• Looking in between the lines. If someone dies and then a Sabotage occurs, only to be followed by someone reporting the body, they are probably not An Impostor.
• AFK trick. If you are looking at Vitals for a long time (if the settings allow it) people might think you're AFK. You can use this to your advantage and potentially catch Impostors.
  • Be careful not to do this when stood at a task or Security, otherwise you may be accused of faking a task or pretending to be on Security.
• Location Clearing. When someone dies on vitals, you can instantly vouch for people directly around you as you know they did not do it. This can be very powerful when there is one Impostor left.
• If you see two people go to a location together, then one of them dies, you can be sure that it was the other one who killed them.
  • Keep in mind it may have been a Shapeshifter.
