Meeting Room is a large, vaguely rectangular room divided into three sections. The left section has a security camera on the left wall, a panel for Empty Garbage, and a ladder leading down to Gap Room. There is a large table with the emergency button, surrounded by several blue chairs in the middle section. A panel for Accept Diverted Power and Fix Wiring can also be seen. The right section has some chairs and a panel for Enter Id Code.

- On a chair on the right side of Meeting Room, there is a bottle of glue, which is a reference to the Glue option Henry Stickmin can use in the Henry Stickmin game, Infiltrating the Airship.
- There are no vents in Meeting Room, and there is only one entrance, meaning Crewmates and Impostors alike will always need to use the ladder to access this location.
- Despite its name, emergency meetings are not held in Meeting Room. Instead, players remain where they were at the time the meeting was called.
- However, the emergency button is located there.
