The Prototype Helmet is a gray helmet with a copper-colored visor that extends over the player's visor. The helmet has a black cord extending from the back.

- The Prototype Helmet is based on the helmet that is part of the Prototype armor from Infiltrating the Airship.
- The Prototype Helmet is one of only height hats that extend over the character's visor, the other seven being the Enforcer Helmet, Mysterious Vagabond, Scream Mask, Titan's Helmet, Shaxx's Helmet, Helm of Saint-14, and Warlock's Helmet.
